fuchsia excorticata (NZ tree fuchsia) flowers & buds

Right now, there's a stunning display of NZ Tree Fuchsia (Fuchsia excorticata) at the Catchpool Valley picnic area near the start of the Nature Trail in the Remutaka Forest Park.
